The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index was up 7.03 points or 0.41% to close at 1,708.84 points today. The SET50 index ended at 1,086.25 points, up 3.27 points or 0.30%, in trade worth 27.83 billion baht. The MAI index went up 3.63 points or 0.63% to close at 575.32 points with total transaction value of 2.88 billion baht. Local institutions and brokers were net buyers of 1.40 billion baht and 798 million baht respectively. Foreign investors and retail investors were net sellers of 1.74 billion baht and 459 million baht respectively.
